Naropa has a rolling admissions process and is split into rounds. The Fellows will go through a series of an evaluation process. Applicants are required to submit the completed application form online or send it via Post, which will be followed by an interview process if the applicant is short-listed. Applicants will be evaluated for their sense of purpose and commitment towards working for the upliftment of Ladakh and other such remote Himalayan regions. They will also be assessed for their verbal, written and analytical skills, their attitude and aptitude to benefit from the unique learning experience at Naropa. Therefore, we strongly recommend submitting detailed and carefully thought-through essays under the section 'Additional Information'.
