Saurabh Mittal is the co-founder of QYON (Question Your Own Notions), an initiative for conscious change. He is the Senior Advisor to IIT Mandi’s technology business incubator, Catalyst, since 2016. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and the Said Business School, University of Oxford as a Chevening Scholar, he has over two decades of experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies. After moving to the foothills of the Himalayas, he turned to leadership and coaching young entrepreneurs in the space of transformative holistic education.
Over his three days at Naropa, Saurabh laid the groundwork for the Class of 2020’s Live-Action Projects, nudging our Fellows to find their true calling. The course, ‘Connecting the Dots - Entrepreneurial Spirit’ commenced by establishing the significance of possessing an entrepreneurial mindset–to not only become entrepreneurs, but to be competent at any job. Our Fellows gathered that to be successful entrepreneurs, they must “be something for someone, not everything to everyone”.
